We need to inform you that the server have been under a heavy inbound DDoS (distributed denial of service) attack targeting the server’s main shared IP address.
As all out attempts to mitigate the attack have failed, we were forced to null-route the target IP address in order to prevent the rest of our network infrastructure from being affected. All the accounts hosted on the server have been moved to the IP address 18.104.22.168.
All the domains which are using our name servers will be re-pointed automatically. For domain names using third-party name servers, it is necessary to update the A records manually and to point them to 22.214.171.124.
In case you’re using email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail and etc. and observing connection issues after account migration, we recommend you to verify Incoming and Outgoing servers are configured to the hostname corresponds to the new server’s IP address - 126.96.36.199 in your email client settings.

The new main shared IP address 188.8.131.52 is now the target of inbound DDoS attack. Our escalation team is still identifying the specific domain the attack is aimed at.
